Return Policy
Items can be returned within two weeks for a full refund, less shipping, provided the item is in its original packaging and condition. We cannot accept returns on personalized items unless the item is materially flawed, defective or we have made a mistake in the personalization. We will be happy to issue a replacement or a full refund in these cases. We encourage you to ship all returns insured for protection against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs re the responsibility of the customer. If a returned item is found to be have been used a refund cannot be issued and the customer will need to pay shipping to have the item returned to them. All sale items are final and non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship within the continental United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Uptown tries to stay eco-friendly whenever we can. As a result, we reuse the boxes that we get our items shipped to us in. We only use boxes that are in a shippable condition; you can rest assured that your item will get to you without any damage.
