Damaged Items

In the event you receive damaged items due to shipping and handling, please keep the original packaging for the carrier to inspect.  For items shipped via UPS, please visit www.ups.com to file a damage claim.  Upon inspecting the damaged package, UPS will reimburse Uptown and we will replace the item at no charge.  For items shipped via USPS, please visit https://onlineclaims.usps.com/oic/landing.do to file a claim.
